Woodcraft Interior Design owns two wooden furniture manufacturing factories in Taman Tan Sri Yacob, Skudai, Johor, in Malaysia, with a total factory area of 18,000 square feet. In order to provide excellent service, we have set up a showroom in Tampines North to display a wide variety of materials, allowing customers to view and feel the texture of the materials in advance so that they can choose the colour and style of the materials with enhanced insight into the post-renovation environment.
Our furniture manufacturing factory occupies a total area of 18,000 square feet. In order to manufacture high-quality wooden furniture and remain competitive, we never skimp on machinery investment, now and then adding or upgrading the most advanced machinery and equipment in the industry.
Our factory handles an average of 60 to 70 furniture manufacturing orders monthly, including projects from design companies in the same industry. Woodcraft Interior Design maintains a stable production level of more than 20 monthly projects.
We have a service team of more than 20 people that includes designers and customer service staff. They are responsible for communicating closely with customers, comprehensively understanding customer needs, providing professional suggestions, answering questions immediately, etc., to ensure that customer needs are met and to offer a high-quality renovation experience.
Regarding wooden furniture manufacturing, we have about 50 experienced carpenters and installation technicians responsible for manufacturing top-quality wooden furniture and on-site installation. Close collaboration between the service team and carpenters ensures that every project is completed on schedule.
Every mechanical furniture manufacturing process has to go through the important process of panel cutting (commonly known as “cutting”). We use proprietary software to draw and transfer digital drawings to mechanical cutting boards. The last bit of work involves manually assembling the parts into actual furniture.
Through advanced mechanical panel cutting, we can achieve high-precision cutting and processing to ensure that the size and shape of each part are consistent. We can also handle a variety of materials, improve production efficiency, and make the craftmanship more exquisite. At the same time, we ensure that renovation work is fast and smooth so that the project is delivered on time.
Before we start production, the customer will receive a production timetable, and work will proceed following the schedule to ensure that it is completed on time;
The project will be led by an experienced project manager, who is responsible for supervising and coordinating the entire renovation project;
We will report to the customer through an APP daily during production to inform him of the work progress.
