Woodcraft Interior Design represents a one-stop interior design and renovation company that offers a full range of renovation services, including interior design, ceilings, plumbing and other renovation-related projects, to meet customer needs fully.
We undertake various interior design and renovation projects, including residential renovation for apartments or townhouses, etc., as well as commercial renovation for shops, restaurants, offices, etc.
Woodcraft Interior Design owns two wooden furniture manufacturing factories in Taman Tan Sri Yacob, Skudai, Johor, in Malaysia, with a total factory area of 18,000 square feet.

Warranty
Full warranty to protect your interests
As a professional renovation company, we incorporate warranty clauses into the contract to ensure that customers will not have quality hazards due to craftsmanship or material problems after the project is completed–our commitment and guarantee to quality. In order to protect the rights and interests of our customers, we set specific warranties for each project. Statements such as warranty period and responsibilities are clearly stated in the contract, proving our commitment to the customers.
Touch-up
Follow-up to ensure the perfection of the project
There tend to be slight imperfections in any renovation project. To ensure the project is perfect, we have dedicated personnel to perform touch-up work, including adjusting, repairing, cleaning and other finer details.
As our customers, you do not need to worry about touch-up work. Even if a defect is discovered after the project is delivered, you only need to make a phone call, and we will come immediately to repair and deal with the defect to ensure that all finer project details are satisfactory to you.
Accreditation
Adherence to official regulations to protect customer rights & interests
We are also BCA CR06 and CR09 accredited.
Woodcraft Interior Design are also RCMA-CASETRUST accredited.This scheme requires an accredited business to protect a customer’s deposit payment through purchase of a deposit performance bond. This bond will safeguard deposits against closure, winding up and/or liquidation.
A CaseTrust Standard Renovation Contract will also be adopted by businesses to ensure cost transparency and accountability for listed deliverable in a renovation project in efforts to meet the demands of a modern discerning consumer.
